Norgren warrants the products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of shipment for ADAPTIX™ products when used according to Norgren’s recommended usage and in an ordinary manner. Norgren will repair or replace the products, at Norgren’s option, for any products proven defective. The non-conforming products are to be returned to Norgren prepaid by Buyer. Norgren will pay all costs and expense related to shipping of any replacement products if the products are proven defective by Norgren. Buyer is to pay for all installation costs. Buyer must provide prompt written notice to Norgren of any breach of this warranty to obtain its benefits. ADAPTIX™, when used in compliance with the Safety, Operation, and Maintenance sections provided herein, is designed for stationary work-holding in milling machine operations utilizing single station, fixed-jaw machine vises. The manufacturer accepts no liability for any damage arising from use that is not compliant with the aforementioned sections provided herein. Avoiding misapplication is necessary for safety, satisfactory performance and product life.
Applications that are not in accordance with “intended use” are considered “misapplication” and could lead to damage or injury. Alternative uses of the device are subject to confirmation from the manufacturer. Examples of misapplication can include, but are not limited to:
• Clamping workpieces that extend largely beyond the width of the jaws.
• Clamping tall workpieces with insufficient contact depth or without additional fixturing.
• Clamping thin workpieces that are insufficiently supported or without additional fixturing.
• Clamping workpieces without locking the fingers to the specified minimum torque.
• Supporting workpieces via the fingertip steps without performing the initial dressing procedure.

Returns
An RMA (Return Material Authorization) must accompany all returns and can be initiated via email to workholding@norgren.com.
Products returned for credit must be in new, unused, unopened, and undamaged condition.
A copy of the original purchase order must accompany all returns. A 12% handling/restock fee will be applied to the return of all products.
Returned products must be received by Norgren not more than 30 days after the date of the original invoice.
The sole remedy for returned products shall be a credit for the purchased price less the handling/restock fee.
Returned products without an RMA will be held for 20 days. If no instructions regarding repair or return are received, the returned products will be scrapped and no credit will be issued.<

•Custom made parts
•Used or discontinued parts
•Opened box product<
Products purchased from a reseller or distributor must be returned to the reseller or distributor and cannot be returned to Norgren.
